Operations would run more efficiently if there was support from upper management. They also have a clown running their warehouse. The warehouse supervisor belittles his forklift drivers, warehouse employees, and outside carriers. It was unprofessional. First of all, they are your team, you cannot bring down your team. If you treat people right they will be more productive and produce great work. I could not wrap my head around what I was hearing and seeing. It was a hostile work environment. I would think twice about working here. It should be your last option.
